When Sidi Muhammad ibn al-Habib permitted the Diwan to be published, it automatically gave permission to anyone to read the wird, but to read it as a method or as affiliation to the Tariqa, that must be with permission from a muqaddam who has the right to receive someone into the Tariqah.
